I have been passionate about urban agriculture and growing food for my community ever since the summer of 2019 when I started my first job at the Regional Environmental Council working in the YouthGROW program.

I started tearing up my grass lawn and expanded my vegetable garden each summer until I started college at Clark University.

 

At Clark I wanted to take my passion for agriculture with me! My first year I got involved in the Urban Gardening Club as well as another community garden on campus. This wasn't enough for me because I wanted something to do year round.

I discovered Microgreens January 2023 and fell in love! It was much fun to grow these tiny sprouts. At this time I had a small set up growing for friends, family, and donating to the Worcester Free Fridges but by the end of the year I had started selling at the Clark Collective Pop Up and got my first grow rack and partnerships with other businesses.

I am passionate about growing food for my community and I believe it is important to have transparency with your farming practices. This is why I continue to grow microgreens and post entertaining and educational videos on my social media platforms.
